Guests of Villa who decide for recreation can free of charge use air conditioned gym within Villa, while the ones who decide just for pleasure can use modern-equipped sauna and Turkish bathroom. Villa has outdoor swimming pool, depth 1.5 m and length 7.5 x 5 m, with deck chairs and shower cabin, TV, open bar and mini bar as well as large barbecue at your disposal.
 

Afternoon break may be taken in air conditioned cafe bar near the pool, only for the guests of the Villa.

Villa has parking space which is under the constant video surveillance and alarm system, 00-24h.
